Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Virtual Jock — a division of New Generation Radio, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") — collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit virtualjock.com (the "Site") or use our services.
We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Contact forms and applications. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or submit a talent application, we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone, on-air name, station or broadcast group, website, demo links, and any free-text context.
- Account information. If we issue you a Station Portal account, we store your name, email, title, station affiliation, and password (hashed).
- Communications. Emails, calls, and messages you send us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. Pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser type, approximate location (from IP), and timestamps. Collected via standard web server logs and analytics.
- Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from service providers we use — for example, form submissions processed through GoHighLevel, or analytics data from Google.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries, applications, or demo requests;
- To deliver and improve our services and the Station Portal;
- To send operational communications (account updates, service changes, invoices);
- To send marketing communications where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
- To maintain site security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us operate the Site and deliver services (hosting, CRM, email, analytics, form processing). These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Talent applications and contact-form submissions are typically retained for up to 36 months for scouting and follow-up purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your information;
- Opt out of marketing communications;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell).
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). EEA and UK residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, by checking the consent box on a form), you agree to receive non-marketing SMS from Virtual Jock. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or phone communications.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
